Perennials 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabrics are backed by a no-fade warranty valid for five years from the date of purchase. All additional Perennials products (including Hi ‘n Dri) constructed of other solution-dyed fibers are guaranteed against fading for three years. This warranty guarantees our products from becoming unserviceable due to color loss from normal usage and exposure conditions. The warranty does not cover degradation from abnormal usage and wear, environmental pollution, or negligence. Although Perennials products are bleach cleanable, they are not stain proof and should be properly maintained. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the fabric or rug and does not apply to labor costs or materials replacement. Additional processing applied by a third party voids this warranty.
